We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. The delivery time can vary between 2 and 7 days. We aim to keep postage cost as low as possible.

In the event of a product being out of stock you will be notified and either be given an estimated due date of when the product is due back into stock or be issued with a refund.
We take great care with our packing and often recycle and reuse packaging in line with helping the environment . We hope you are ok with this .
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on email@example.com detailing the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number. Write the returns number on the box/envelope and send it back to us at the address above. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number.
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
